Are there any ongoing fees for the medallion service?
No, it is a one-time payment for a lifetime
service at no additional cost.
How is the medallion placed on the headstone?
The back of the medallion has an adhesive film, so the soul star is stuck to the tombstone like a sticker. The surface of the tombstone must be dry. We use the patented adhesive film from 3M on the back to ensure the soul star can withstand all weather conditions.
How many photos and videos can I upload to my profile?
Each profile allows unlimited photo uploads. You can embed unlimited videos and write a full-text biography with no word limit.
What are the dimensions?
Each medallion is 2 x 2 inches
How many medallions are in each box?
Each order contains two identical medallions. These medallions display the same QR code, meaning you can place them in two locations to link to the same profile (or keep one in reserve!). Each order supports one individual profile.
How is data protection handled at Remember Story?
Your data is always stored securely, and you are the only one who can decide whether to share it at any time.
What happens if my medallion is lost or stolen?
In the event of loss or theft, we also offer an immediate replacement delivery of a medallion.
Instructions for Setting Up the Remember Story Medallion

1. Scan the QR Code:
Open the camera app on your smartphone. Point the camera at the QR code engraved on the Remember Story medallion.
2. Enter Your Email:
After scanning the QR code, a field will appear where you can enter your email address.
3. Create the Memorial Profile:
Now, you can start creating the memorial profile. Enter the details of your loved one and customize their profile page.
4. Set Up the Account Manager:
In the settings, you can add the account manager's information. At least the first name is required for this step.
5. Attach the QR Code:
Finally, affix the QR code to the gravestone or any other suitable location to provide direct access to the memorial profile.
