Unlimited storage space

Enjoy unlimited storage for all your memories. There is no limit to the number of photos, videos, and audio files you can store.

Private or public mode

You can choose between a private and a public profile. In the case of a public profile, the profile is visible to everyone immediately after scanning the QR code. In private mode, visitors to the profile have the opportunity to send a request, which can be accepted or rejected by the profile owner. It is also possible to invite relatives in advance so that they can see the profile immediately without having to make an inquiry.

Security in case of theft or damage

The medallion is made of stainless aluminum and is weather resistant. We use the patented 3M film as an adhesive that can withstand all temperatures and weather conditions.

Additional insurance against theft and weather damage can optionally be taken out.

Are there any ongoing fees for the medallion service?

No, it is a one-time payment for a lifetime service at no additional cost.

How is the medallion placed on the headstone?

On the back of the medallion, there is an adhesive film, so the soul star is stuck to the tombstone like a sticker. It is necessary to ensure that the surface of the tombstone is dry. To ensure the soul star can withstand all weather conditions, we use the patented adhesive film from 3M on the back.

How many photos and videos can I upload to my profile?

Each profile allows unlimited photo uploads. What’s more, you can embed an unlimited number of videos and write a full text biography with no word limit.

What are the dimensions?

Each medallion is 2 x 2 inches.

How many medallions are in each box?

Each order contains two identical medallions. These medallions display exactly the same QR code, which means you can place them in two different locations to link to the same profile (or keep one in reserve!). Each order supports 1 individual profile.

How is data protection handled at Remember Story?

Your data is always stored securely, and only you can decide whether or not to share it at any time.

What happens if my medallion is lost or stolen?

In the event of loss or theft, we also offer an immediate replacement delivery of a medallion.
